Purchase terms

Total art j.d.o.o. is the seller, and the buyer of our goods is any visitor of www.totalart-jdoo.com web shop who orders or puts the goods in the cart and pays with provided method of payment. The buyer can be private or legal person. Method of payment and delivery options are stated below.

All the prices are in croatian national currency, croatian kuna,(HRK), without taxes, cause we are not included in the value added tax.

Accuracy of the content

On our web page we are allways trying for most accurate depiction of of our products, including subscription, pictures, prices and availability. Despite our best intentions, it is possible, from time to time, to appear small indifferences. For example, it may appear that the colors of the product on our web page does not match the colors in real life, but the reason may be the settings of your monitor and PC and it’s characteristics.

ORDERING

The goods are ordered in an online form, by selecting the product and putting it in the cart. It is required to correctly fill out the purchase form with the correct data that are being asked for. If the seller is not able to deliver all the ordered products, he will deliver the ones he can.

When the order is received, the seller sends an information to the buyer.

RECLAMATION OF THE PRODUCT, EXCHANGE, RETURNING OF THE GOODS

The buyer may excgange the product in question in a 14 days period, that starts upon the delivery of the shipment on the address of the buyer.The product must be returned in a original packaging.

Total Art j.d.o.o. will exchange the product in question for another one, but since it’s all unique products, it is impossible to exchange for the same one. The buyer can choose a different product of same price or higher, in which case the buyer must pay extra for the amount of the price difference.

If there is no chance for a delivery of a replacement product, the seller will refund the buyer for any fees regarding for the return of the product in question and the value of the product in question.

Every buyer has a right to exchange the product in these terms:

– delivery of the product that has not been ordered,

– delivery of a defect product that has not ocured in transport

– all other cases obligated by law

By buying the product, the buyer accepts the terms of purchase.

DURATION AND TERMINATION OF THE CONTRACT (ONE SIDED TERMINATION OF THE CONTRACT BY THE BUYER)

The contract that the buyer conclude with Total Art j.d.o.o. for a purchase of the products is a one time contract of purchase that is consummated with the shipment of the products by the seller and with a payment from the buyer, in case if it has not been terminated. This terms of purchase are basic part of the purchase agreement between Total Art j.d.o.o. and the buyer.

In accordance with the law of consumer protection you have the right for a one sided termination of the contract without expressing any explicit reason an a 14 day period starting from the date of delivery, that is from the date of delivery of the last ordered product.

You can one sided terminate this contract by using this form or by a any other unambiguous statement in which you express your will to terminate the contract on a durable media.

WRITTEN COMPLAINT, RESPONSE, NOTIFICATIONS

If you’re unsatisfied with us, you can write a complain to Total Art j.d.o.o.

Submitting the complains is possible by the post service (Glavica 23, 52 645 Tar-Vabriga, Croatia), mobile phone +38591 9164882, or by e-mail totalart.jdoo@gmail.com.

Please fill your complaint with the order number or your username, so we are able to respond in a short period of time. Total Art j.d.o.o. will confirm without any delay, the receipt of your complaint in a written form, and will sent a answer in a 15 day period, starting from the date of delivery of your complaint on our address.

PAYMENT AND DELIVERY

Payment is possible through a direct fund transfer on our bank account, payment for the written offer and a big variety of card payments with Mollie. When transaction is confirmed, the package will be sent to the buyer.

We are sending packages with Croatian post service. The price for one package to 2 kg is 30,00 HRK, for every next product, the price goes up for 10,00 HRK, in Republic of Croatia. If you’re interesting in buying a several  products, please contact us in our inbox, so we could find the best solution for package delivery.

For sending packages abroad, the delivery is charged by the current price list of HP-express.
